madam president visit our community

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is here now at my community i don't know what is her intention or plan that's why she visit here at dagat-dagatan caloocan boundary of malabon somebody told me that she going to give a philhealth card at many common people. I hope that philhealth she going to give at common people here is not a part of her intention to run as a president at 2010 ellection and not getting the attention of people to vote her at coming ellection! As a concern citizen i dont like my kababayan make a "UTO-UTO" because of the free card for their health or anything because powerful person using them as their reason to make money for their own needs.
